• Access to wellness professionals, including therapists, coaches, and nutritionists (Wellapy)

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Wellapy connects users with independent professionals.
We do not provide medical or clinical services directly.

All therapists, coaches, and nutritionists operate independently and are solely responsible for the services they provide.
BSG Globe Consulting Ltd does not assume liability for outcomes arising from professional services.

• Payments must be made in full prior to service delivery, unless otherwise agreed
• Invoices are issued by BSG Globe Consulting Ltd
• Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

• Cancellation or rescheduling terms may vary depending on the service
• Organisations and individuals must provide reasonable notice
• Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged in full

All content, materials, training programs, and resources provided by us remain the intellectual property of BSG Globe Consulting Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
